What? open doors and a trunk ? :) by the way bro has just about to finish the complete refurbishing of my 1974 Honda XL 350. I don't have a palm but I'll take a picture and send it to you when he is done. He is expensive, just kidding, but damn good, no kidding.

Is it a diesel?

How many miles and have you put a governor on it so it won't go over 55 mph ;) !!!!

No governor, FT. And it's a straight six.
Nobody told me you change the oil ln a mercedes without getting under it. I would have bought a fleet of them long ago.

With all due respect JAC, I detect some bad logic on your part.

Getting underneath a vehicle to change the oil constitutes a logical reason to buy a hoist/lift, right?

Tell someone that you don't need to get underneath to change the oil and the eliminates justification for another tool purchase.

Is it a diesel?

No diesel, FT. And the logic is as follows, "I don't have to put down my beer." JamieD has a lift - I play with it all the time and while cool as can be, the thrill is gone.

149K and a stack o receipts from the Mercedes dealer and inch and a half thick. All service up to date to such an extent that it might as well be a new car. PO took it in for even the most insignificant things.

So JAC, did you spend the last 6 months or so making your daughter learn basic things like checking the oil, changing a tire?

We did that with our daughter and she was very happy we did when she had to put chains on her car once and dad wasn't around to help.

Happy Birthday Victoria!

I thought that generation was the first with the V6's. It's an E320, right?

When will you ever learn? You DO NOT need a car, friend. You only desire one to fit-in, to be supported on the highwire of insecurity, to be just like the proper P/R of the masses who follow to their demise. Soon, O ye ConformingYouth who has lil' faith, soon you'll go along and stop dead when another car hits you at 70 mph, as she was DOA, I in a coma for almost a month. Do you truly want that? To live your tiny existence know'n you played a small part in the greenhouse pollution which you'll be Divinely Judged on when you croak? I wouldn't. Leave, youth, leave the world as pristine as possible. We're only here but a fraction of a second; as long as it takes God to blink. No, Youth, you DON'T need a car. Riseabove. Think. Know. Grow-up, please. God bless.
