Welcome to pop culture; where the dumbest 15% of the populace determine what is and what is not desirable behavior. The man reportedly has no teeth left and will be lucky to not dribble spittle and shit himself the rest of his life. He deserves it.
No, there shouldn't be a law. There are thousands of people waiting on a slightly used body organ far more deserving of it's use than these idiots. We have been provided with a willing source of spare parts. I see no reason to fritter it away.
