For When a Trailer Just Isn't Enough

There is talk that VW is looking to get into the motorcycle business, and since they already build the only decent Harley engine (by Porsche - another VW company), and Harley is really struggling financially.... well, just put 2 and 2 together.

And then this comes to light. It comes standard with an oil absorbent mat instead of carpet in the cargo area. No shit.

I guess the pot-belly viagra crowd aren't making their payments on time.

That made me laugh, yes it did.

Nice van. What's up with the first comment? So the word sex doesn't translate at all? Makes no sense considering the Japanese animation porn that was discussed on VD's blog last year.

We aim  to please, Huck.

The concept of Oil absorbant seems counter-intuitive.  I would not want an interior component of my vehicle absorbing oil throughout its useful life.  I believe carpet is oil absorbant too.  Maybe that is supposed to read, "oil resistant".

Surely it's replacable, PH.

Maybe it's to more easily avoid the gremlins.

And in local news...

“I have told the CSU police chief I will not support this in any way,” Sheriff Alderden told The Gazette. “If anyone with one of my permits gets arrested for concealed carry at CSU, I will refuse to book that person into my jail. Furthermore, I will show up at court and testify on that person’s behalf, and I will do whatever I can to discourage a conviction. I will not be a party to this very poor decision.”
