Must be something wrong with the video. I see large amounts of firewood being created, but no back-breaking labor. Maybe the labor is transferred into mounting and maintaing the chopper.
Makes the one I built look like a real piece of ****. I have to actually cut the wood pick up the piece an put on/in the splitter, stack the split wood.
I've spent my share of time with a maul in my hand and that thing in the video is awesome. Makes me want to empty my bank account and buy one.
It would have to detect the diameter of the log so as to place the center of the log on the center of the splitting wedges. I'd like to know how it does it.

I want one of those. Wow.
Those bobcats have awesome hydraulic pumps, FT. I'd like some idea of the weight of the thing.
